What amenities are included with a hotel stay?

Hotel amenities vary by hotel and by room type. Included amenities will be specified in either the hotel details or in the details section of each room type listed. Please refer to the hotel and room type details for more information. If you require further assistance, our specialists are happy to help. Please note an agent assistance fee may apply.

Can I add my Hotel Loyalty or Frequent Guest number?

We do not collect hotel loyalty program numbers at the time of booking as our discounted rates may not be eligible. To see if you are eligible for benefits, please provide your loyalty number at the time of check-in with the hotel.

What happens if I’m staying at an all-inclusive hotel but didn’t book an all-inclusive room?

At times, hotels that offer all-inclusive stays also offer room-only stays. It's important that you review the details on the room type listing to ensure that the rate you are booking is either all-inclusive or not. If you require further assistance, our specialists are happy to help. Please note an agent assistance fee may apply.

How do I book multiple rooms under one reservation?

At this time, we are unable to process multiple rooms under a single booking. In some cases, we are able to provide an estimate on the number of rooms that remain for a particular room type at a hotel. If you are not seeing the number of rooms remaining, we are unable to provide an estimate at that time. We always strongly recommend that you book hotel reservations more than a month in advance to reduce any inconveniences that may come up.

Can I book a hotel for tonight?

We do offer the ability to book hotels for same day check-in but please note that availability may be limited or not available.

Special Requests

You can provide your special request at the time of booking; however, we are unable to guarantee special requests such as roll-aways, early check-in or check-out, and accessible rooms as they are accommodated at the sole discretion of the hotel and may incur additional charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed with the exception of ADA compliant requests if available. Once your booking has been completed, we recommend you contact the hotel directly with your special request.

VIEW YOUR BOOKING Hotel

To view your hotel booking, visit "My Account". Once in your account dashboard, click on "Booking Activity" in the My Account menu on the left-hand side of the screen. There you will find a complete list of all upcoming and past reservations.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In & Check-Out Instructions

To check-in, you need to provide the name of the primary guest along with a valid photo ID and a credit card in the name of the primary guest for incidentals. Please note that each hotel has unique policies, and some have a minimum check-in age of 21. Please reference your email confirmation for the reservation details.

It is recommended to adhere to the check-in times stated on your reservation summary. Missing your check-in window may result in reservation cancellation due to no-call/no-show. If you are experiencing any travel delays that may affect your check-in, please call us immediately so that we can coordinate with the hotel on your behalf.

If you experience an unforeseen event and must check out from the hotel earlier than what is stated on the reservation, it is recommended that you speak with the front desk staff for support. If the resolution is not to your satisfaction, please call us so that we can provide further support.

Change and Cancel

Cancelation Policy

For expediency, you can cancel your reservation online at any time prior to the check-in date. Penalties may apply depending on your reservation's cancelation policy, as well as the date on which you initiate the cancelation. We recommend that you always review your reservation's cancelation policy prior to canceling. Refundable room types may still incur fees if not canceled within the refundable timeframe. Non-refundable room types are always non-refundable. Changes to these reservations are strictly prohibited. If the reservation is canceled, all money paid will be forfeited. For reservations booked over the phone, agent assistance fee penalties may apply.

Refund Policy

For any cancelations eligible for a refund, the amount will be reimbursed to your card within 7–10 days of the cancelation request. If there were any brand credits (i.e. Vacation Cash) used toward the reservation, they will be reinstated and set to the original expiration date.

If a non-refundable booking is cancelled, all money paid will be forfeited. Refundable prepaid reservations can be canceled and refunded immediately but can take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Payment & Receipt

Pre-Authorization

Prior to placing a reservation with the hotel, we will always pre-authorize the credit card entered at the time of booking. A pre-authorization is a temporary hold to confirm funds with your financial institution. In some rare cases, a hotel room that you are attempting to book may either sell out or is no longer available at the price quoted. When this occurs, no actual charges are made to the credit card. The bank will release the hold at their discretion, typically up to 72 hours after the initial pre-authorization is made.
